COVID-19 CUSTOMER UPDATE
The Loft Barbers will be Open on July 4th subject to changes to government guidelines surrounding COVID-19.
The safety of you customers remains priority and as such, all our staff have undergone appropriate training surrounding safe COVID-19 working practices.
New customer guidelines
1. To apply with social distancing there will be no waiting areas within the salon. We will contact you 5-10 mins before your appointment by phone, so please ensure when booking your appointment your details are correct. Alternatively you are welcome to wait outside.
2. On entry there will be a cleansing station, where you will be met by your barber where you will receive your PPE protection and a New cutting gown.
3. There will be section dividers in place to protect all clients and staff members.
4. All positions and equipment will be sanitised between services. Time has been allocated for this, so rest assured your appointment time and quality of service will not be affected. With this in mind it is paramount that you are on time for your appointment, with the extra cleaning required we will be unable to provide a service to anyone who is late. We recommend that you try to be available 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, this will give our barbers time to provide you with your PPE without cutting in to your appointment time.
(A non profitable fee of £1 will be added to all services during this outbreak to cover the individual costs of customer PPE)
We regret that we will not be able to offer any beard services until it becomes safe to do so.
Family bookings will still be available, but due to social distancing restrictions we will be unable to have family members waiting. Children must be able to sit without supervision and be able to wear the PPE that we will provide.
